4 PILLARS of HEALTH

        Personalised Nutrition

In an age where we desire fast, simple, easy solutions to all of our problems, we get lost in the numbers and details and expect a single answer and an easy fix. Unfortunately, our bodies are not computers and they don’t come with manuals that guarantee an easy fix for all.

When it comes to our bodies, it pays to remember that we are complex, unique, and beautifully different and no one-size-fits-all diet, no matter how promising, will satisfy our complex body types, food cravings, budgets, lifestyles, dietary preferences, and goals.

                   Quiet Mind

Stress. The little word with big connotations, that is now one of the biggest health epidemics of our time. We’ve all heard (and most properly said ourselves) “you’re looking stressed today”or “whoa, calm down you’ll stress yourself out!”.

But what does that actually mean?

What does stress do to us and furthermore, how can we control it?

       Good Posture and Healthy Spine

Did you now that bad posture can affect more than just how you look?

We all know the signs of bad posture: rounded shoulders, a curved spine, the development of a “hump” and even a forward poking chin. But did you know that bad posture can also have a huge impact on your overall health and wellbeing?

Conscious Breathing

     ( Pranayama)

Breathing is a foundation of life, but it's often overlooked as a necessity for good health. Deep, conscious breathing is one of the most powerful keys to enhancing physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Rapid, shallow breathing patterns can have many negative effects on the body, which can include neck and shoulder pain, headaches and the release of the stress hormone Cortisol (public health enemy number one). No one needs that extra stress, life is hard enough already!
