       Good Posture and Healthy Spine

Think of the spine as a support beam with a long fibre optic cord running through it. The support the spine gives us allows us to perform all our daily activities, whilst the brain sends signals through the cord to all the organs in the body. However, if the signals travelling along your spine get disrupted in any way, there can be huge impacts on your overall health.

Bad posture can cause all sorts of health problems and you’ll be amazed how correcting your posture by even a little can make you look and feel amazing, more confident and far more energetic.

There are a lot of health problems that can be caused by bad posture.

Life energy from the brain travels through the spine to all the vital organs in the body. Every cell in the body depends on this energy to keep us alive and healthy.

When we slouch, we disrupt the path of life energy as it travels from the brain to our vital organs. When our posture is poor, we also place pressure on some of our internal organs which can make digestion difficult and affect circulation. The unnatural position of the ribcage can also place pressure on the lungs, making it difficult to activate the diaphragm to take deep breaths.

Through bad posture, your quality of life can slowly get worse. You may be unable to enjoy many of the activities you love, your mobility might be hindered, you may get tired more easily and you might be aware of more aches and pains in your body. You may also start developing one or more of the following symptoms:

  • A Weakened Muscle System

  • Muscular Aches and Pains

  • Joint Stiffness

  • Back Pain

  • Headaches and Migraines

  • Arthritis

  • Poor Concentration

  • Sleep Disorders

  • Chest Pains

  • Circulatory Problems

  • Shortness of Breath

  • Digestive Issues

But you’ll be glad to know that it’s NEVER TOO LATE to start correcting your posture and improving your health. Many postural related conditions can be improved or completely eliminated by small improvements in your posture.

Yoga is a great way to reverse bad posture and improve your health. However, I also know from my own personal experience that Yoga can be a long and difficult process to learn. We are all living increasingly busy lives and dedicating time to learning Yoga can be very difficult.

I created to help you get all the benefits of improved posture, without spending hours learning complicated Yoga poses. I trained with one of the oldest Yoga master in the world and I have compressed all the knowledge and experience I have gained into a modified Yoga program that you can complete in less time than it takes to drink a cup of coffee!

With just 15 minutes per day, I can teach you the stretching techniques you actually need to correct your posture, improve your health, reduce stress on your mind and body and to help you look and feel amazing.
